CORRECTION

The chemotherapy chart on page 74 in the March-April (Vol. 18, No. 2) 1968 issue of Ca.—A Cancer Journal for Clinicians contains a dosage error in the line listing Dactinomycin. A decimal point was misplaced and the figure 0.1 mg. should be 0.01 mg. The correct dosage is as follows:

Dactinomycin 0.01 mg./kg./day x 5 or 0.04 mg./kg. weekly

The chart showing the sites of action of cancer chemotherapeutic agents, on pages 80 and 81, is from an article titled "The Systemic Approach to Cancer Therapy," authored by Drs. James K. Luce, Gerald P. Bodey Sr., and Emil Frei III, which appeared in Hospital Practice, October 1967.
