Correction: Dosage for Nabilone

It has been brought to our attention that the dosage of nabilone was listed incorrectly on page 5 of the January/ February 1984 issue of Ca in the article, "The Problem of Nausea and Vomiting in Modern Cancer Chemotherapy" by John A. Durant, M.D. According to Eli Lilly, sole manufacturer of the drug in this country, the correct dosage is 1-2 milligrams two times a day. Eli Lilly has told Ca that nabilone is not currently commercially available in the United States, but is being used in controlled clinical trials here. Nabilone has been approved for use in other countries and is commercially available in Canada and the United Kingdom; Elli Lilly has alerted its affiliates in those two countries, so that they may in turn alert physicians.
