Several important issues exist in the management of endometrial cancer,
including the possible induction of endometrial cancer by tamoxifen: the

adjuvant therapy; the frequency and extent of follow-up visits and
surveillance; and the use of estrogen replacement therapy in women with a
history of endometrial cancer.
