Left: Non-contrast CT and FDG-PET images at baseline in a patient with Hodgkin lymphoma. These images demonstrate extensive thoracic lymphadenopathy with intense metabolic activity corresponding to the disease sites.
Right: Corresponding non-contrast CT and FDG-PET images following chemotherapy. Although the CT image demonstrates residual thoracic lymphadenopathy, the FDG-PET image shows complete metabolic response to the therapeutic intervention.
